Symmetrical Structureof Saw Frame

The saw frame is a symmetrical construction to ensure uniform pressure on each sawblade.

This not only improves cutting accuracy, but extends service life of saw blade.
PLC Control / (Optional) 7” Human Touch Interface
Entire machine motions are controlled by a high performance PLC for added convenience of operation.
Anti-tearing Device

Equipped plastic steel block, at first cutting the plastic steel block by the sawblades.

The anti-tearing device is prevent tearing out on the wood material, and ensuring the wood material integrity.

Anti-tearing device will be applied in the front and backward of the saw frame to reduce the hairline crack on the workpiece.
Automatic Lubricator

The automatic lubricator provides lubrication to saw frame, ensuring smooth motions at all times.

In case of lack of oil, the machine stops automatically.
Centralized Pressure Regulations

Each pressure roller is equipped with an independent pressure regulator for individual air pressure adjustment.

All pressure regulation values are centralized for convenient adjustment and maintenance.
Saw Frame Slideways with Copper Piece
The dovetailed slideways are fitted with copper piece, and precision scraped to upgrade motion smoothness and ensure outstanding wear-resistance.

Stellite and Tungsten saw blades for option.
Feed Speed Adjustment
Maximum feed speed up to 0.3~1.2M/min
Cooling Blower
Vertical 90° to cooling the saw blades that prevent the saw blade from heat growth and wood chips are evacuated easily.
Digital Positioning Control
The height of cut can be controlled by a digital positioning control in front and backward of the machine. Once the present position is reached, the pressure rollers elevation stops automatically.
Temperature Controller
Attached 4 units of temperature detected controller for monitoring the slideway of machine.
Mechanical Position

The wood feed and saw frame vertical oscillation in combination with30° of the saw frame movement effortless and oscillation smooth. In addition, wood chips are evacuated with ease, leading to longer blade life.

Flywheel rotates a circle with 360°, while it rotates downward180°, the machine input material. In contrary, it rotates upward 180°, the saw blade left wood material 0.1~0.7mm and stop input material.

In order to optimize cutting effect, wood feeds only while the saw blade is moving downward. Wood feed stops when the saw blade moves upward.
(Optional) Servo motor precision position saw frame reciprocate motion

Machine equipped servo motor and advanced CPU motion position controller controls infeed and output rollers, saw frame stroke to increase cutting accuracy.

To enhance cutting results perfection, cutting boards while it is feeding. While saw blades moves upward, feeding roller will stop infeed material. Saw blades and material will 100% guarantee to leave distance 0.5-4.0mm.

Feeding and saw frame vertical oscillation in combination with30° of the saw frame movement effortless and oscillation smooth. In addition, wood chips are evacuated with ease, saw blades longer life, surface of lamella is smooth and highly accuracy.
Spray system (Optional)

Cut dry lumber, wet lumber, and oily lumber

Spray Liquid and air on saw blades to reduce heat-growth to increase the working life of saw blades

Prevent resinous saw-dust get stuck between saw blades to increase the accuracy and consistency of finished lamella

Set timer to spray liquid every 5-15min.
Side Guide Fence
When the guide fence is positioned at side, the machine can feed one workpiece for cutting.
Side and Center Guide Fence

When the guides fence is positioned at side, the wood feed through the air controlled pressure roller and moves along the surface of side fence.

Center Guide Fence

When the guide fence is positioned in between two workpieces, the machine can feed two workpieces for cutting simultaneously.

When the guide fence is positioned at center, two pieces of wood feed through the air controlled pressure roller.
