Saw Frame Slideways with Copper Piece

Attached 4 units of temperature detected controller for monitoring the slideway of machine.
Independently Mounted Electrical Cabinet

Digital Positioning Control

Cooling Blower

Servo motor precision position saw frame reciprocate motion

Machine equipped servo motor and advanced CPU motion position controller controls infeed and output rollers, saw frame stroke to increase cutting accuracy.

To enhance cutting results perfection, cutting boards while it is feeding. While saw blades moves upward, feeding roller will stop infeed material. Saw blades and material will 100% guarantee to leave distance 0.5-4.0mm.

Feeding and saw frame vertical oscillation in combination with30° of the saw frame movement effortless and oscillation smooth. In addition, wood chips are evacuated with ease, saw blades longer life, surface of lamella is smooth and highly accuracy.
