Thin Cutting Frame Saw (Economic)
▲ Reduced saw path loss for saving wood material and increasing profit.
▲ Saw frame speed up to 480 times per minute!
▲ Maximum feed speed up to 1.2M per minute!
▲ Saw path loss 1.25~1.4mm for reducing wood material loss while increasing profit.
▲ Suitable for multiple slicing at a time.
Suitable for production of composite parquet, venetian blind, air-tight window, pencil, door and guitar, etc.
Symmetrical Structureof Saw Frame
The saw frame is a symmetrical construction to ensure uniform pressure on each sawblade.
This not only improves cutting accuracy, but extends service life of saw blade.
Entire machine motions are controlled by a high performance PLC for added convenience of operation.
The automatic lubricator provides lubrication to saw frame, ensuring smooth motions at all times.
In case of lack of oil, the machine stops automatically.
The standard equipment of bakelite assures tearing-free when sawblade leaves wood bottom.
Centralized Pressure Regulations
Each pressure roller is equipped with an independent pressure regulator for individual air pressure adjustment.
All pressure regulation valves are centralized for convenient adjustment and maintenance.
Saw Frame Slideways with Copper Piece
The dovetailed slideways are fitted with copper piece, and precision scraped to upgrade motion smoothness and ensure outstanding wear-resistance.
Stellite and Tungsten saw blades for option.
Feed Speed Adjustment
Maximum feed speed up to 0.3~1.2M/min
Vertical 90° to cooling the saw blades that prevent the saw blade from heat growth and wood chips are evacuated easily.
Attached 4 units of temperature detected controller for monitoring the slideway of machine.
Feeding and saw frame vertical oscillation in combination with 30° of the saw frame movement effortless and oscillation smooth. In addition, wood chips are evacuated with ease bring longer life on sawblades.
Saw frame reciprocate motion 480 times per minutes. To enhance cutting results perfection. Cutting boards while it is feeding. While saw blades moves upward, feeding roller will stop infeed material.
Spray system (Optional)
Cut dry lumber, wet lumber, and oily lumber
Spray Liquid and air on saw blades to reduce heat-growth to increase the working life of saw blades
Prevent resinous saw-dust get stuck between saw blades to increase the accuracy and consistency of finished lamella
Set timer to spray liquid every 5-15min.
Frame Saw Automatic Feeding Device (Optional)
Working length: 400~2500mm
Working height: 400mm (layer 2~3piece/time)
Feeding quantity: 2~6piece
Multiple wood material preparation before the machine, boost the feeding efficiently.
Moving variety of length working piece by Slideway, saving labor cost.
PATENT NO. M534674
Side Guide Fence
When the guide fence is positioned at side, the machine can feed one workpiece for cutting.
Side and Center Guide Fence
When the guides fence is positioned at side, the wood feed through the air controlled pressure roller and moves along the surface of side fence.
Wood width 160mm
Wood height 60~200mm
Center Guide Fence
When the guide fence is positoned in between two workpieces, the machine can feed two workpieces for cutting simultaneously.
When the guide fence is positioned at center, two pieces of wood feed through the air controlled pressure roller. The two pieces of wood move along both sides of the center guide fence.
Wood width 2*70mm
Wood height 60~200mm
Multipe Feed System
The multiple feed system is easy to install, which enables multiple wood to be cut simultaneously.
Feed system configuration: Upon customer’s requirement. Path numbers 2~4paths(wood height under 200mm)
Wood height 60~200mm
Outstanding machining capacity reduces material loss to a minimum
Kerf 1.25~1.4 mm
Accuracy is suitable for wood height under 120 mm
Smooth surface for gluing.
